Return/Replacement Policy:

Products purchased through NIDEC-SHIMPO CORPORATION and under warranty* may be returned for repair or replacement by following these steps:

    1. Contact NIDEC-SHIMPO CORPORATION Customer Service at 1-800-237-7079 to obtain an RMA number.
    2. The Return Material Authorization Form will be emailed to you, print and place the RMA Form in the box with the item(s) being returned.
    3. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions.
    4. Our Customer Service Department will process your request.

*Under Warranty (Must provide original order number, serial number and date of purchase in order to verify warranty coverage).

Packaging Instructions:

    1. Please use the original packaging when possible in returning your product. Use packing material to secure contents within package.
    2. Use a corrugated cardboard box for the exterior packaging.
    3. Use of a traceable carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS) that can provide proof of delivery is strongly recommended.
    4. Any further damages caused by improper packing may not be covered under warranty.
